About Me

Jennifer Johnson is a wine-loving, espresso-fueled, travel addict who originally hails from Missouri.  She is currently a graduate student at the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism at Arizona State University.  Jennifer is also a graduate assistant at the Donald W. Reynolds National Center for Business Journalism.  She also blogs about business coverage in the media for Biz Beat Insider.

A lover of all things Europe, Jennifer spent the last year working for the European Union Parliament.  She followed the International Trade Committee, the Delegation for Relations with Israel, and the Delegation for Relations with the United States.

While she will dearly miss her daily cup of freshly squeezed orange juice at the EP, and all of her dear friends from abroad, Jennifer looks forward to getting settled in her new home, Phoenix.

Jennifer obtained a B.A in Mass Communication in 2006 from Fontbonne University in Clayton, Missouri.

In her life prior to the EP, she free-lanced for West Newsmagazine and the St. Louis Business Journal.  She also spent a fascinating semester studying at the Danish School of Journalism in 2006.

She will be blogging about her life abroad, international trade (she promises to make it sound more interesting than it sounds), international media issues, the European Union, and just about anything else she finds interesting!
